As a Speech Language Pathologist and Augmentative/Alternative Communication specialist with over 12 years of expertise in the field, I work with anyone who needs a personal, collaborative approach to accessing communication in their own way. I also consult with families, education teams, and medical professionals. Basically, People call me when they need creative ideas.
The very first speech device I ever designed came from items that you can buy at a Fred Meyers department store. It is important to me that my clients can build meaningful and accessible tools that work for their own families and personalities, too.

Black Cat Speech is based in Eugene, Oregon. Services offered include assessments and intervention in the areas of: Speech Articulation, Language, Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC), and Social Communication for young children (0-5), school-aged children (6-18), transititions-aged adults (18-21), and adults (21 and over). Public meetups, virtual teletherapy, and site visits are available locally in Oregon state, and online consultation services are offered virtually.
